God created us in his own image

Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

Genesis: 1:26, NASB

For the last meeting of the Creation Care Kids class, the lesson focused on God creating us in his image.  And, yet, we are all individuals.  To help understand this, the class heard  Hooray for You! A Celebration of "You-ness" by Marianne Richmond.  They thought about how it is possible to be created in God's image but yet be an individual.  This question is still being pondered.
