Christian Formation
At St. Mary's, we realize that Christian formation for all ages happens in so many ways - through worship, service, fellowship, and play. We hope our formation opportunities will deepen the formation experience for both adults and children as we continue our walk with God!
Formation at St. Mary's
- Intergenerational Family Dinner - On the first Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. during the school year, we host a family dinner for the entire St. Mary's family. Things you should know -
~ “Family” means church family. All ages and stages are welcome! You are all our family.
~ Dinner is free and simple – so all ages can enjoy eating together.
~ We all eat together and then divide up into three groups: children, pre-teen and teen, and adult. Each age group has an opportunity to learn and grow together, centered around the evening’s theme.
~ The evening concludes with all coming together to say Compline – a simple and short evening service of prayer and gratitude.
- Bible study every Friday at 11:00 a.m.
- Prayer of the Heart: Practicing Contemplative Prayer, a six-week series, followed by a weekly opportunity for contemplative prayer before the Saturday evening service.
